Waking up to a vibrant sea view each morning was blissful, complemented by a breakfast where daily pastries felt like a special treat. The staff, especially Fran, were always eager to help with cheerful smiles.

Despite a few minor issues with the room's amenities, service lagged at times. A more efficient check-in process would enhance the overall experience, particularly after a long flight.

This spot is perfect for family time. The pools were so warm, we spent hours in them. Huge shoutout to the staff, they were all super friendly, especially Richard at lunch who made us laugh! The food could be hit or miss at times, but the breakfast area was a chill place with a killer view. Just beware of people reserving sunbeds early, annoying!

Despite the luxuries, I faced a frustrating check-in delay. it took about 20 minutes while I waited for the butler. the bathrobe provided had a ripped pocket, which indicated a lack of attention to detail. While the pools were heated and inviting, the sun only reached half of them until lunchtime. I'd have appreciated clearer signage by the pool to easily identify room numbers, as it caused some confusion.

The atmosphere was truly incredible. The staff around the pool were always there with drinks, and they even brought out a surprise treat that made my kids smile big. The pool activities like zumba kept us entertained, and I really enjoyed the aromatherapy massage at the spa—it was good value , relaxing amidst the chaos of life.

It wasn’t cheap , but given the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

We had an awesome time at this hotel! The heated pool and amazing spa made it hard to leave. The breakfast spread was something else with fresh pastries every morning. The only downside was the evening entertainment could've gone a bit longer, but honestly, we were so happy we hardly noticed! 😄
